Denise Raby
Vice President, Human Resources

Denise has been the Vice President of Human Resources since 2006.

She brings a comprehensive background in management to ERMC. Working almost 20 years for companies such as The Mills Corporation and General Growth, Denise gained progressive experience in all aspects of HR, including training (certified AchieveGlobal Trainer focusing in leadership and service skills). Her experience includes working in operations developing strategic business plans and leading process improvement initiatives.

Denise has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University and holds the highest certification, Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), awarded by the Society for Human Resources Management.
