Rodney Jackson is a retired New York Police Department Lieutenant and has been a consultant for ERMC for years. He was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Security in 2003. Mr. Jackson has provided consulting services through his company, Program Developers Training Specialists (P.D. T. S.), for clients that include the U.S. Justice Department, New York State Bureau of Municipal Policing, City of Miami Police Department, Community Oriented Police Services, National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, New York City Police Department, Texas Institute for Public Problem Solving and Major League Baseball, among others.
As an Adjunct Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Mr. Jackson taught courses that included Fundamentals of Community and Problem Oriented Policing, Cultural Diversity, Police Work in New York and Collaborative Problem Solving.
Mr. Jackson served in the Air Force and is a Vietnam Veteran. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Administration from New York University. He and his wife Linda have been married for almost 30 years and have one son, Rodney, Jr.
