Lead Maintenance

LOCATION:  Chesterfield Mall, Chesterfield, MO

DESCRIPTION:  Perform basic electrical, HVAC and plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance. Complete light carpentry and painting projects.  Holiday, weekend, and on-call work may be required.  All positions work with the general public, so a high focus on customer service is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Electrical, plumbing and supervisory experience
• General maintenance knowledge

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• HVAC certified
• Valid driver's license and back ground check is required
• Availability to work a rotating schedule that involves some evenings, weekends, and holidays
