Maintenance Tech

LOCATION:  RiverGate Mall, Goodlettsville, TN

DESCRIPTION:  Perform basic electrical, HVAC and plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance. Complete light carpentry and painting projects.

STATUS:  Full-time, 1st shift, non-exempt position

QUALIFICATIONS:  Facilities experience preferred but will train the right individual. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:  Holiday, weekend, and on-call work may be required.  All positions work with the general public, so a high focus on customer service is essential.
