LOCATION: Southpark Mall, Colonial Heights, VA
DESCRIPTION: Top notch Director needed to effectively manage, motivate, and train employees.
- Implement and monitor the mall's security program, ensuring the staff works as a team with operations to provide comprehensive services to our client and its customers.
- Work with corporate on state licensing issues, ensuring 100% compliance.
- Provide superior customer service to the General Manager, supporting mall programs.
- Calmly project confidence to others and lead by example in successfully interacting with the general public.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in security, law enforcement, or the military with supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in mall/shopping center security programs and current PA guard registration are both considered a BIG PLUS.
REPORTS TO: Operations Director
STATUS: Full-time, exempt position.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must live no more than 30 minutes away from the property.
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of background and driving record check.
- Availability to work a rotating schedule that involves some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
